Custom Bumper Fabrication in South Dakota

Off-the-shelf bumpers look like everyone else's because they are. We build bumpers from 3/16" and 1/4" plate, cut on our plasma table, formed on our press brake, and TIG-welded so the seams disappear under powder coat. Winch tray, D-rings, light tabs, sensor cutouts - every option lives in the design before the first cut. Whether you want a clean stinger for the street or a stubby with a 12,000 lb winch buried inside, it gets built around your truck, not around a generic mounting pattern.

Measure the truck
We take real measurements - not catalog dimensions. Your truck is the template.
- STEP 02
Design the bumper
CAD drawing, plasma path, parts list. You approve before we cut.
- STEP 03
Cut, form, weld
Plasma cut, press-brake formed, TIG-welded. Test fit before paint.
- STEP 04
Coat & install
Powder coat, install, wire the winch and lights. Done in your driveway or our shop.

Front bumper with winch tray starts around $3,200. Rear bumpers from $2,500. Skids and sliders priced separately.

Bumper swap itself does not void warranty. We install without modifying anything that would trigger a denial - we'll walk you through what's safe.
3/16" minimum for body, 1/4" for winch mounts and recovery points. Anything thinner is shop trash.
Yes - we do color-match powder coat. Most people pick matte black or hammered steel because it looks meaner and chips less.
